Agreement to Terms

We offer water softeners, filtration systems, and related water treatment products. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Installation Services

Our installation services are provided by trained technicians. Installation appointments are subject to availability and scheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to complete installations at the scheduled time.

Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Please refer to the specific product documentation for warranty terms and conditions. Our installation workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the date of installation.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made, such as through our financing options.

Financing

Financing options are subject to credit approval and are provided through third-party financing partners. Additional terms and conditions from the financing provider will apply.

Free Water Testing

We offer complimentary water testing services. This service is provided without obligation to purchase any products or services. Test results are for informational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for certified laboratory analysis.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Soft Stream Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Soft Stream Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Severability
